GET PUMPED Day 1

So...started this new get fit challenge group today.  I'm going to TRY to write about it everyday to keep you posted on how things are going!  I've set out to do several things through this 90 day challenge.
1. do a 90 day fitness program to build lean muscle and shred some unwanted extra fluff from my body.
2. attempt to eliminate some of the "fluff" from my diet - by this I mean the processed, junk loaded food that is not doing me so much good...this also means coffee creamer which, yep, also means no more coffee!
I am just not a black coffee kinda girl - I like it all nice and flavored up -- not so great for me so its gotta go!
3. and I'm attempting to do this all at the bright early hour of 5:15am!!!

*Failure is an opportunity to grow and learn a new lesson from life. People who think optimistically see the world as a place packed with endless opportunities, especially in trying times. Give it a shot! Try to spend the remainder of this week looking at the bright side of things and considering what you can do differently.
