GET PUMPED! DAY 10

Day 10 - means upping the weight, increasing the time, & doubling the affects!!! So far I am loving the way my body is responding to this program and its only been 10 days!  Another great thing is that I haven't stopped doing any of my other activities - I've only added pump in the morning and so far it hasn't taken more than 30 minutes (unless I decide to sneak in some HARD CORE ABS!!!).  Love it!
