Something to look forward to...

GET PUMPED Day 4 - Today's workout was one that we know we all need, but for some reason, refuse to stop and take the time for it.  Well since it fell on the calendar for today's workout we got it done and are feeling long, lean, and stretched because of it.  Not all workouts should trash your body and leave you feeling tight and jacked up!!  This one everyone looks forward to!  20 minutes of Flow and you're done!
