check out this dude!! Not only has this guy watched multiple events on my behalf he has also run a half-marathon AND a marathon WITH me and now he has vowed for the next 90 days (starting yesterday) to be up at 5am to BRING IT with our PUMP challenge!!! Today was Hard Core Abs and my superman withstood the test!!

I have never dreamed that my craziness and passion for living healthy would rub off on my little one - I've only prayed that she would get an inkling of it (wink wink :)
This proud mamma runner is happy to say that my little princes ran her first race 2 days ago!! Following my strong finish at a duathlon the kids lined up for a 1 mile fun run and I sure thought my crowd fearing, noise avoiding, drama princess would avoid all that madness -- no sir!! She took me by the hand and together we ran her very first race and she has proudly worn her medal every day since! Lord knows if I could get away with wearing a medal every day I probably would too :)
