Christen Skinner is an Exercise Specialist who works as a CPT, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor. She has been a cycling coach for the Memphis and Jackson areas in Tennessee. She is best known for her creativity and common sense approach to teaching and coaching. Within the fitness industry Christen is recognized for her down to earth approach to exercise and her off beat sense of rhythm and humor.

Christen is originally from Memphis where she grew up with a dance and athletic background before moving into the world of fitness. She has studied exercise science to participate in the professional field of fitness as well as Elementary Education.

Christen finds her inspiration from all around - but special note to: her husband. As my partner, my confidant, my friend . . . who helps me be a warrior for Christ.

A big shout out to ANYONE, who has attended a workshop, master class, or clinic with Christen. Thank you for your continued support.

Christen’s philosophy is that often we need to get out of our own way to really soar in life. Exercise is one tool that can help us do that. Every day is a gift and life is an unexpected road of miracles and surprises. Let's be in the best health that we can be so whatever life decides to throw at us, we are ready.
